The location was excellent, very close to the metro, shops, cafés and other amenities. The space was sufficient for our stay, and it was a lovely touch to have biscuits and wine waiting for us on arrival. The bed was also very comfortable. There were a couple of issues during our stay: the A/C was intermittent at times, which was noticeable as the weather was very warm, and there was some ceiling leakage on two days. We did raise these issues with the host, although unfortunately we didn’t receive any acknowledgement at the time.

The property is in the center of a shopping district, within walking distance of major tourist spots. The room was spacious and very clean. Just keep in mind there’s no elevator, so lighter bags are best since you’ll need to carry them up. Aside from that, it was a lovely room. It has also a kitchen.

Great space in a convenient location for exploring Porto. Most things you need for a short stay. Remote check in was tricky. Incomplete door code given so we had to contact host. Even with the correct codes doors could still be tricky to unlock on occasions. Nice welcome pack of wine biscuits and some self catering essentials.

Estava tudo limpo, o apartamento correspondeu à descrição do anúncio. A localização é excelente.

The suite was clean, but unfortunately there were several issues that affected my stay. There were quite a lot of flies in the room, and there was a water leak from the shower to the first-floor apartment. The hotel came to fix it while I was away, but when I returned, the entire suite had a very strong chemical smell, which I assumed was from the glue used during the bathroom repairs. The AC was also leaking water onto the floor, and it appeared management was aware of the issue, as there was a small tea towel underneath it. The white towels were also very discoloured and no longer looked white. Another major issue was the internet. The Wi-Fi was extremely weak and completely unusable throughout my entire five-day stay. I had to use the internet from the restaurant outside because the hotel Wi-Fi simply did not work. Overall, while the suite was clean, the flies, maintenance issues, chemical smell, condition of the towels, and unusable internet significantly affected my experience.
