nice hotel, they organize events almost every night. We lived in the triple room for three nights, it has a great view of the street, but as well really noisy at night. I highly recommend the hostel to install a mirror in the room.

在車站裡面太特別了 裡面的裝潢也很棒 清潔人員也不斷的打掃公共區域 除了洗澡水溫會因為其他人也在洗有點忽冷忽熱以外 其他無可挑惕

整體住宿經驗美好；瑕不掩瑜
此次住宿為五天四夜，有優點但也有一些小缺點，但整體住宿狀況還是很滿意的 1. 優點 - 交通便利，緊鄰聖本篤車站，省去行李搬運的麻煩。著名景點皆在步行可達的範圍，旅社也提供許多City Tour行程和諮詢非常方便。 - 住宿環境優良，如官網照片中整潔舒適。交誼廳、客廳、廚房的設備維持得相當好，讓旅客可以像在家一樣舒服。 - 早餐雖然沒太大變化，但十分新鮮且可口。無提供優格有點小可惜。 2. 缺點： - 衛浴設備大概是最讓我們失望的，主要問題有 1）淋浴裝置是省水裝置，需隨時壓他才能確保水源供應穩定，不會突然斷掉，對長頭髮正在洗髮的女生較不便。 2）水熱的慢且不夠燙，旅社原本裝省水裝置的美意在於希望能環保與避免水資源的浪費，但卻因為等待水變熱的過程無形浪費更多水，且10月的波多若有下雨其實有點寒冷，他的水四晚有三晚是水溫偏低的狀況，讓洗澡成為我們最大的噩夢。 3）吹風機使用Dyson很棒，但只有一台，且有點小故障，第一晚因為上位旅客用到過熱導致吹風機整晚無法使用到隔天早晨也是還在故障狀態。詢問飯店人員也無其他備用機。建議長頭髮女生在秋冬還是自己帶吹風機比較妥。 4）浴室內掛鉤只有一個，無任何架子。換洗下來的衣物無處放置，只能放在外面，洗完再出來穿 - 房間內吊掛衣服的架子與地方不多，建議有需求的人自己帶衣架。 - 房間為樓中樓設計，樓梯較陡，若有攜帶長輩或是兒童的話，夜間下樓上廁所需要特別小心。

方便安全的住宿點
住宿點超級方便、安全、聖本篤車站地標。 原始設備很好，但故障應該要維修，淋浴間出水會噴水，說好的Dyson吹風機一直沒修好過，很可惜。 總結是很方便安全的住宿環境，仍然有機會可以變成10+的旅人最愛！

此青旅的品質真的很讚，住的是私人樓中樓空間超大，公共的衛浴廚房皆很乾淨，但因為就在車站上，日夜都車水馬龍的，怕吵的人要考慮一下。

一流的青年旅館
地點方便，可步行至重要景點。環境乾淨寬敞。頂樓的廚房區和休憩區，十分舒適。設備新穎品質佳。尤其是手環的設計，確保住宿的安全，全程不怕忘記帶鑰匙，防水。工作人員十分熱心友善，和旅客互動良好，是旅舍不可或缺的資產。我在歐洲旅行，住過許多國家很棒的旅舍，綜合各項評比，Passenger Hostel 在我心中是第一名。

One of the best hostel I’ve ever stayed in Europe. Superb location, spacious room and clean facilities plus friendly staffs. The only minor drawback for me is the shower experience.

唯一可改善的是若洗手和沐浴開關非按壓式（要重覆按有點累），沐浴蓮彭頭若可拿下來會很完美，但基本上這家
很乾淨，浴室很新水很大很熱且提供沐浴洗髮乳，房間夠大，櫃子夠大，床很舒服乾淨，有電梯，手環感應開門及櫃子非常方便，吹風機和烘手機是dyson的，早餐有果汁水果麵包穀片起士火腿咖啡茶，唯一可改善的是若洗手和沐浴開關非按壓式（要重覆按有點累），沐浴蓮彭頭若可拿下來會很完美，但基本上這家hostel很完美了!工作人員也很友善。

立地は最高です。サンベント駅直結、地下鉄、バス停も近く観光地にも歩いていけるのでとても便利。朝食もついていて、焼きたてのハンドメイドケーキが好きでした。スタッフはみなさん優しい。キッチンやランドリーがあるのも助かりました。 ただ利用時にホステル前で大規模工事が行われており朝から中々の騒音。さらに部屋にエアコンがなく、暑いから夜間窓を開けっぱなしするという同室宿泊者の意見で、観光客や交通量の多い場所柄、耳栓しても無意味なくらい騒音がひどく、数日間眠れなかったのは辛かった。（窓を閉めればマシになる） 時期やタイミングで快適性にだいぶ差が出そうです。

The only criticism I have is that the showers didn’t have a ‘dry bit’ to keep towels and clothes etc while showering, I had to leave outside. Was a bit difficult to find but I think that’s just because of the roadworks. Everything else was fantastic, really really good value.

Best place to stay for solo female traveller
I had the absolute best time staying at the Passeneger hostel. The team there are friendly, the space is amazig and the social atmosphere is just what a solo traveller needs. I made so many amazing memories here and I will be back again next year. Thank you team x

Pedimos un mojito pero tuvimos que esperar 20 minutos para terminar de cerrar la caja y que llegara de un compañero. Y cuando llega el compañero nos dice que no tiene ingredientes para mojito. Las obras. El desayuno justo, el zumo malísimo y la fruta pocha.

I had a great time staying there. The hostel is located in a very great area close to the cathedral, the Dom Luis Bridge and inside of the beautiful São Bento Train Station. All guys and girls who work there are very friendly and nice. They do different activities evry night very funny and entertaining. I would stay there next time I’ll go back to Porto

Adorei o local! Estrutura muito boa e moderna, as coisas no geral são limpas e novas! Localização excelente!! Tem secador de cabelo no banheiro! Eles pedem um caução no check-in referente a chave, apenas em espécie, devolvem se retornar a chave no check-out, paguei 5$ euros. Vale a pena a estadia!

Beautiful hostel and city, close to everything you need and staff where amazing and very helpful. Only downside was my bed was to high up and metal bar stopping you falling out was far too low as I move a lot in my sleep otherwise fantastic cheap place to stay for a few nights

Nice hostel super central inside a train station!
Very beautiful hostel with very nice staff! We had a room with a double bed and a single bed, both a bit hard but ok. A lot of condensation on the windows all the time and a weird smell after two days even tho we tried to have the windows open from time to time. Bit noicy, but as expected for the area. I do not recommend for light sleepers. Breakfast was very nice and there is a bar in the reception.
