The location is central, dynamic, and rich with local charm, blending the authenticity of Porto’s neighborhoods with a vibrant nightlife scene. The building doesn’t have an elevator, but the climb is worth it for the convenient location and the city buzz right at your doorstep.

Please note that the area is lively, with its unique energy shaped by its mix of cafés, bars, and diverse nighttime activity.

The studio features a queen sized bed (160x200 cm), a comfortable sofa, TV, small dining table for two and a lovely balcony.

The apartment has one bathroom with shower.

￫ Kitchenette
The well-equipped kitchenette has everything you need for basic cooking, including a microwave, oven, stovetop, mini-fridge, toaster, and coffee machine (coffee not included). Whether preparing breakfast before a day of sightseeing or whipping up a quick snack, it’s got you covered.

￫ Additional Notes:
The property’s charm lies in its lively surroundings, so occasional street noise is to be expected. While it’s a great spot for those who enjoy being in the heart of the city’s dynamic atmosphere, please note that the street offers a variety of local experiences, some of which can contribute to the vibrant, nocturnal nature of the area.
The central location ensures you’re never far from public transportation, making it easy to explore Porto’s iconic spots, including its cultural hubs and nightlife.

Without that information we cannot guarantee you a prompt check-in, so your cooperation is very important.

Walking:
Depending on your destination, walking might be a convenient option, especially if you're exploring nearby attractions or amenities. Porto is a relatively compact city, and many points of interest can be reached on foot.

Metro:
The closest metro station is Campo 24 de Agosto and is an important transportation hub in Porto, serving as an interchange for various metro lines, including Line A (Blue Line) and Line F (Orange Line). It provides easy access to different parts of the city, connecting you to popular destinations, attractions, and other metro lines. You can purchase individual tickets or use reusable cards like Andante, which offer discounted fares.

Bus:
At a walking distance you also have 24 de Agosto Bus Terminal. From there you can get to the city center and explore popular attractions like Ribeira, Dom Luís I Bridge, São Bento Station, Clérigos Tower, and Avenida dos Aliados; to the beaches like Matosinhos or Foz do Douro; to Gaia and visit the famous port wine cellars, enjoy riverfront views, and even take a cable car ride.

Taxis: Taxis are widely available in Porto and can be a convenient option, especially for shorter trips or when you have heavy luggage. You can find taxi stands throughout the city, or you can use ride-hailing apps like Uber or Bolt.

Bicycles: Porto offers bike-sharing services like "Bike Porto" or "Gira," which provide bicycles for short-term rentals. If you enjoy cycling, this can be an enjoyable and eco-friendly way to explore the city.

Car Rental: If you prefer the flexibility of having your own vehicle, you can rent a car from one of the many car rental agencies in Porto. However, be aware that parking can be limited and traffic congestion can occur in certain areas.

￫ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided.
￫ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation.
￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.
￫ Check-in time starts at 15:00. Only one set of keys will be provided.
￫ We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information.
￫ Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys inside the lockbox.
￫ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.
￫ Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee.
￫ Monthly utilities bills exceeding €150 will be charged separately. By making the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.
￫ Please keep in mind that the complete passport/ID details of all guests are required by Portuguese authorities. If you are a Portuguese citizen or booking on behalf of a registered company, providing a tax identification number is also mandatory.
