Only issue was not being able to understand how to use the safe (maybe missed it in the instructions?) and cold shower. Otherwise, great value - Obrigada!"

"The hotel has a very nice pool side and that was the main reason why we have stayed over in the hotel during the last two years. This year during the Carnaval. The hotel staff do their job, but absolutely nothing more, nothing extra for you. Change of rooms is impossible, even when there is availability. It was rather noizy in the morning so sleeping over 08:00 was not possible.The cleaning during the period was rather poor."
