La résidence est propre et bien agréable. Sara est une hôte remarquable tant par l'accueil que par sa sympathie (et parle un français impeccable). Idéalement placé pour nous qui devions prendre le bateau tôt le lendemain (à 8 minutes de l'embarquement). Je recommande !

Alojamiento ideal si te vas en ferry

Lo mejor fue la atención y comunicación del personal, apartamento amplio y cómodo, parking gratuito dentro del conjunto residencial, ubicación en la periferia de Porto Torres, necesitas el coche para todo pero está a 10 min en coche del terminal de Grimaldi. Wifi no iba muy bien dentro del apartamento.

El apartamento estaba limpio y la atención de recepción muy buena, hasta nos dejaron detalle de bienvenida para el desayuno. Lo que no me gustó es que el agua caliente de la ducha se iba y venía, y que el grifo del baño no iba muy bien

L'accueil est exemplaire, la personne a l'accueil est disponible, dynamique et fait tout son possible pour vous guider, vous conseiller Les appartements disposent d'une literie de bonne qualite, le confort du canapé laisse lui à désirer. L'environnement pourrait paraître calme mais le concert régulier d'aboiements des chiens est pénible. Les bruits de chauffe-eau et canalisations sont assez pénibles, et le confort phonique compte tenu de l'isolation depend de la correction des voisins. L'appartement a porto Torres permet de sillonner le nord de l'ile. C'est l'accueil professionnel et la disponibilité qui rend cette location incomparable...

Struttura molto facile da trovare. Personale super gentile e amichevole, davvero carine. Pronte a darti consigli e molto disponibili. L'appartamento pulitissimo e molto confortevole. Con clima e ogni cosa per le tue vacanze (piatti pentole olio sale ecc). Ti lasciano anche un cestino troppo bellino con tè caffe biscotti ecc... un perfetto punto per giarare la sardegna del nord. Belle expérience entachée pr une mauvaise literie

L'appartement était très propre à notre arrivée. Vaisselles, serviettes, draps disponible, le seul problème que jai trouvé a cet hébergement, c'est la literie. Un conseil pour améliorer le service de Il Mélo, c'est de changer le matelat du lit parental, celui-ci était horriblement inconfortable, car un enfoncement s'est formé au milieu du lit au fils des années je pense...

Logements très agréable avec terrasse. Le seul problème est le lit dans la chambre trop petit 1,20m, pour 2 personnes . Laura est tres sympathique, elle nous a donné beaucoup de renseignements pour les visites. A savoir elle parle pas Français mais très bien L'anglais .

Ottima opinione confermata nel tempo

Sono diversi anni che vengo al Melo, sia da solo per brevi vacanze avendo qui la barca, che con la famiglia. Gli alloggi di diversi tagli e tipologie, adatti anche a famiglie con bambini piccoli, sono sempre stati molto puliti e confortevoli, con tutto il necessario per un comodo soggiorno, per cucinare, e rilassarsi. In questo caso sono particolarmente contento, tenendo presente che e' la prima volta che vengo in una stagione cosi' rigida (inizi di Febbraio con 4 gradi di notte !), ed il fatto di avere in un residence l'ambiente caldo ed accogliente in un periodo come questo non e' per nulla scontato, cosi come durante la stagione estiva l'aria condizionata non ci ha mai tradito. La gestione inoltre e' estremamente cordiale ed attenta alle necessita' del Cliente, ed a chi lo richiede, grazie alla conoscenza del territorio, e' sempre in grado di fornire utili informazioni. Come tipologia di alloggi credo che il Melo sia unico nel suo genere nella zona (vengo regolarmente ormai da quasi 10 anni), ed il rapporto qualità' prezzo e' veramente notevole.
