We contact guests with arrival information within 48 hours before the arrival date. We will ask our guests to respect two simple house rules: leave the kitchenette where you eat clean and wash dishes and crockery at check-out, separate waste collection and dispose of it.

The location is ideal for those looking for a quiet holiday and a central position to tour the various sides of the island, you can easily reach both the Costa Bianca of Portoferraio with its renowned beaches such as Le Ghiaie, Capobianco and Padulella and Lacona, a sandy gulf in the Capoliveri area. The roundabout that connects Portoferraio to Portoazzurro and Marina di Campo or Marciana Marina is only 1 km from the property. Don't miss a walk away from the noise on the San Giovanni seafront with a view of the Darsena of Portoferraio, where there is also the only spa center on the island, or a day in the swimming pools of the Parco Hotel Airone which are also open to outsiders.
