Agence totalement nulle - problèmes innombrables

Nous n'avons pas eu le matériel nécessaire pour jeter les ordures. On a passé 2 semaines à demander tous les jours à l'agence de nous aider, sans succès. Résultat on utilisait clandestinement les poubelles voisines (et on s'est fait engueuler par le restaurateur d'à côté) L'eau tombait de la climatisation, signalé quasi tous les jours : zero réponse. Mes enfants traversaient une flaque d'eau tous les matins pour sortir de leur chambre Réservation de draps faite pour 5, le jour de notre arrivée il n'y en avait que pour trois Etc. Etc. Bref on a passé le séjour à se prendre la tête sur nos déchets, à se faire engueuler par le resto d'à côté et à éponger la fuite, entre autres. Ce niveau d'amateurisme a pas mal pourri nos vacances Un seul conseil : louez à Elbe mais évitez toute annonce d'Italiatravel (ou prenotaelba ou goelba, qui sont des marques d'Italiatravel). Mais vraiment. Partez en courant quand vous voyez ce nom.

Appartement spacieux , très propre, idéalement situé et quelques points à améliorer

Appartement spacieux et agréable, très bien situé dans le centre historique, très propre. A noter que les couchages ne sont pas fournis avec les draps et qu'il faut les apporter ou les louer (à un prix un peu élevé) Les points à améliorer sont : - il n'y a pas de four micro-ondes - Un problème d'évacuation des papiers hygiéniques dans les WC - Le pommeau de la douche se connecte mal au tuyau - Un problème de fuite d'eau de l'un des systèmes d'air conditionné dans une chambre.
