「Beautiful little boutique hotel right in the port of Portofino. Breakfast was a huge bonus as well. The staff was so helpful and the rooms (at least mine) was newly renovated. A word of caution that it is a walk-up hotel and definitely not handicap accessible. I would stay again in a second.」

「From the moment of arrival to leaving, we felt warmly looked after with exceptional attention. The hotel is in a wonderful position in that you do not need to use a car once you are there as everything is workable. Charming little Paradise on the edge of everything in Portofino.」

「I've never stayed with Best Western hotel with such bad experience. High price without any quailed 4 star hotel service. No coffee maker,no cups,only plastic glass on table. Front desk is indifferent to the guest. It's the worst memory during my journey in Italy.」

「Clean and conveniently located. Will revisit. 」

「**WARNING** Watch out for fake parking attendants patrolling the parking area. Ignore them and report them to the police or hotel staff. Also, parking is charged to your room so get a new ticket from the reception if you leave the area don't pay separately. Other than that the hotel was great」

「Hace tan solo unos días nos hospedamos en Santa Margarita, en este bello hotel. Muy centrico, limpio, con un agradable balcón y ofrecen desayuno, bastante completo. Cada habitacion tiene su encanto y el personal es agradable. Las habitaciones muy limpias, particularmente los baños. En general MUY BIEN」

「Nice hotel, with lovely staff in the perfect location and easy access to the town centre, the beach, lovely restaurants and easy transportation to portofino or Cinque Terre. Good breakfast and nice rooms. The one downside was the cost of parking at 38 Euros per night. Apart from that the hotel was lovely.」
