“The property is located in a very affluent area. Totally peaceful and quiet. The furniture and fittings are first class and in particular the enormous bed is extremely comfortable. There is everything you could possibly want available to you. In particular the freestanding bath gives you views of the field with roaming deer present on most days. “Had a lovely stay at Sea Breezes - was a great space for 2 families (4 adults, 4 kids) with everything we needed. Lovely sunsets over Pagham Lagoon and only a short walk to the cafe, amusements, shops and (amazing) fish and chip shop.”

“The cottage seems to be recently refurbished provides most of the modern facilities but without luxury. The house is warm and have all the necessary to cook and stay like home. You have even dishwasher, washing machine and convenient drier. The surrounding provides walk paths by the coast. Note that you can not access directly the beach as there is a cliff, you need to walk a mile or so so access the sea shore. We had an issue with a water leak on a Sunday night 31 of December but we received a……
