「Upon arrival, I was initially assigned an occupied room. The place was unstaffed, and the provided phone number was unreachable. I had to ask other guests for an alternative number. I called, texted, and left a WhatsApp message on that number, but received no response for at least an hour.When I finally received a text message with details for a new room, I found the bed was broken and the room was freezing cold. A staff member told me he would come to fix the issue but ultimately never showed...

「Good value. Building needs maintenance- we had to help other guests get into their rooms where doors were broken and door locks were sticking. Location fab for Portswood and easy to find parking on a Saturday night .」
