We only stayed one night in this beautiful family hotel but Giovanni has been the best host of our Italy road trip. Very kind, always ready to do everything he can to make our stay memorable, and he did ! The breakfast was amazing, with a beautiful view on the sea. The room was clean, the bed comfortable and the little balcony with the view was amazing. And the free shuttle from the Hotel to Positano was a big advantage of the hotel too. Thank you for everything ! We’ll definitely come back if we visit Positano again !

We had friends staying across the street, so it couldn't have been any more convenient for us. But the owners absolutely make this place. I'm not sure they ever sleep, but we appreciated it. They chatted with us over coffee in the morning and the extra couple of lemoncellos before bed. Had figs from the garden for breakfast. Lovely view of the water. As I would say with most of our hotels in Italy, if you're looking for Houston or Miami hotel level of AC, you'll be disappointed. LOL. But worked well enough to get a nice sleep.

Our stay at this family hotel in Positano was truly special. From the moment we arrived, Giovionni and his family made us feel like part of their own. The breathtaking views and cozy ambiance added to the charm and we loved how we were away from the crowds. As with many places in Positano, it required navigating a fair number of stairs to reach the pick-up point. However, we found this to be an adventure in itself, adding to the overall allure of the location. It's worth noting, though, that packing lightly is advisable to make the ascent more manageable. From the moment we arrived, we were treated like treasured guests. Giovionni's genuine interest in our well-being and his willingness to go the extra mile to ensure our comfort made us feel right at home. It was evident that he took great pride in his family's hotel and genuinely cared about the experiences of his guests.We're eagerly waiting to be able to go back and have recommended this gem to everyone we know. A warm welcome and incredible hospitality await those who choose this delightful hotel in Positano.

You can tell that the place was owned by the staff. They were very nice. One thing to definitely keep in mind is that the hotel is 10 minutes away from downtown Positano and I can be a problem because transportation to downtown Positano, is expensive. The hotel offers a shuttle but the times are spread out so you really have to keep that in mind. Also, I’ve never been to any hotel that doesn’t provide you with free water. At least one bottle per person per day. We were charged for each bottle of water that we drank and they only give you one still bottle in the refrigerator and hotel staff is not available 24 hours so if you are thirsty or need anything you better make sure you have it before everything shuts down at around 10 PM. They do offer complementary breakfast which everyone appreciated, however I don’t eat pork so I was only able to eat the eggs and yogurt so if you don’t eat pork, keep that in mind. There aren’t any amenities at this hotel also. The rooftop is cute, but there is really nothing to do but admire the scenery. Also note that when you do arrive and you need the shuttle, you will be picked up at a bus stop. I was told to meet at a location called Casa Mele. However when I arrived, I was asked to go to a place called Sponda. They did not tell me that it was a bus stop so I walked around very very far with heavy luggage to ultimately find out that Sponda is a bus stop and it’s super close to Casa Mele.

Excellent staff, super helpful and nice, they accommodated to all our needs and were very welcoming and warm. The hotel is very well located, close to the city center and main beach and it has a free shuttle that was super convenient as taxis are very expensive in Positano. The AC was the only thing that wasn’t as great but this has been our experience in every hotel in Italy, across different cities, so it seems to be the norm. Overall a great place to stay in Positano, staff will make you feel like part of their family

We had an absolutely wonderful stay, and I cannot recommend this place enough! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed like family. The owners are some of the kindest, most caring people we’ve ever met. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, always checking if we needed anything and even giving us rides to Positano center whenever possible. Their hospitality made us feel truly at home. The property itself is beautiful, peaceful, and exceptionally well maintained. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and the ocean views were simply breathtaking. Waking up every morning to such a stunning view was unforgettable. The location is perfect—close enough to enjoy everything Positano has to offer while still providing a quiet, relaxing atmosphere away from the crowds. There are also convenient shops and restaurants nearby, making everything easily accessible. What made this stay truly special wasn’t just the beautiful property, but the incredible people behind it. Their warmth, genuine care, and personal attention turned our vacation into an unforgettable experience. We left feeling like we were saying goodbye to family rather than hosts. If you’re thinking about staying here, don’t hesitate for a second. This place is a hidden gem, and we can’t wait to come back. Thank you for making our trip so memorable! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Absolutely amazing stay, the family made us feel so warm and welcome and couldn’t do enough to help us. The view from the room was stunning and we’d 100% stay again if ever we returned to Positano! Brilliant location and breakfast was also wonderful. Thank you!
