「Gianluca was an amazing help.
The view was amazing as you are probably at one of the highest points in Positano. That also means LOTS and LOTS of stairs just to get to the road! It’s a winding stone path at some points.
They have a good coffee machine and some packaged snacks for breakfast. Shared amenities.」

「Only real complaint was there strict no unregistered guests in the hotel room policy. We shouldn't be relegated to hanging out with friends only in the common area of the hotel. We booked a room with a jacuzzi and had 0 complaints. Staff promptly fixed the few issues that we encountered, the views were to die for and the AC worked great.
