「This is the first time I’ve rented a property and not felt comfortable staying in it. We travel frequently to various cities and countries and I feel that while I have high expectations for general sanitation & appreciate a nice aesthetic, I can stay comfortably in most tropical locations that have musty smells, poor sanitation, etc.
The property manager was amazing and responsive to our report that there was a bad smell (cat or human urine) in the carpeted stair entrance up to the apt. He...
