"Hotel was relatively quiet and in an easy to get to area. Jasmine was the kindest and friendliest nighttime front desk staff member I have ever met. My cousin and I saw her at all hours of the night and she was still super upbeat and nice. Having staff like her to greet you at midnight is a real pick me up after a long flight. The room was clean and the shampoo and body wash smelled nice and was calming. I would definitely stay here again the next time I'm in the area."

"The customer service was outstanding. The amenities in the hotel room were great--coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator. The location is next to a grocery and many eateries. Easy to get around the city. I recommend this hotel."

"I did not have any interaction with staff. At night, i tried calling Guest services and Transportation/Bell desk multiple time to inquire about the aurport shuttle and no one answered. I used the QR code to get my answer but the site did not answer my questions."
