The rating says 3 star but it is way better than a 5 star hotel in my opinion. We love the location and neighborhood. The pools were private and tranquil after a day of beach hopping. As well she and her beautiful dark skinned colleague that works at the desk was very friendly with me EVERY day for each of our random interactions. I must acknowledge the first gentleman that has welcomed me……

“The property is right on the ocean. They have a small beach, infinity pool, WiFi. It is reasonably priced, Breakfast was good. My only real complaint was the entertainment. No streaming channels like Netflix or HBO. The tv channels were also quite limited. There is a small playground for little ones but no gym. Great location though, a lot of restaurants nearby. Great views from their restaurant.”

“The staff was unhelpful. We had our hotel bookings for 2 rooms which we were charged on our credit cards and confirmation was provided of the booking. When we showed up to the hotel with our kids we were informed there was no booking, the hotel is sold out and there’s computer glitch. My family along with 20 other families were turned away that night due to our flight cancellation they on United airlines. Til today I’m still pending credit from the hotel on the 2 rooms that were reserved but……

“Great location on a quiet residential street. Lots of free street parking. A few minutes walk to the Queen Emma bridge and so many cafes and restaurants all around. No noise at night except for the sound of the sea. Our Penthouse apartment was right on the waterfront with gorgeous views of the sea. The apartment is large, well appointed and very comfortable. The bedrooms are air conditioned and allowed for deep restful sleep. The front desk staff were amazing and the cleaning crew kept the……
