“What a great stay! This unit is in an excellent location and was on a quiet street. It was cozy and had everything we needed for a 5 night stay. Steve was so awesome at communicating, providing anything we needed, and so helpful with travel and tips for a storm that came through. Would love to stay here again! ”

“Caveat: we checked in around 9:30pm and left at 8:00am, spending just one night.Pros: This unit was generally as advertised. It is a very tiny space but very clean and well appointed (had ice in freezer, coffee available, hair dryer, and packaged toothbrushes for example). The bed was pretty comfortable. There is a washer/dryer full size in the unit and detergent is provided. The patio area would be nice in the daytime. It is very close to a Metro Station and even closer to restaurants, grocery……

“Musty air, cobwebs bug and mosquito filled basement turned living space. Slippery bathroom with an untidy sight. Worst of, we could literally hear the noises and steps by the hostess and her family. We understand that kids are very active, however it was constant and very unnerving.”

“This was a nightmare. To begin with, the check-in email was not clear and was missed because it came from a random name/address. Then there were no instructions on where to park. But the real fun began at 4:05p when I tried to check-in. They had the envelope with my information but there were no keys in it. They took forever looking for it. At 4:43p, after several "updates", they said there was a phone number I could call, but as I had an important meeting at 4:45p, that I was supposed to be in……

“So nice to have a comfortable apt. close to downtown. Our pups also like the chance to run around the yard. We love this VRBO and look forward to our next visit.”

“We had a great stay. There were 3 adults and we were comfortable for the one night we stayed. The cabin is located in a very quiet, safe area. We didn't have much communication with the host but what I did have was nice. It was a very clean place. ”

“Unfortunately, the grounds were very dirty and our room was less than clean as well. Our toilet didn't flush - we had to run out to an event shortly after check-in and there was nobody on staff when we got back to help fix the situation. They were all booked so we couldn't change rooms. They gave us a plunger to fix the toilet ourselves. Additionally, a woman knocked on our door around 10am the day of check out asking when we'd be checking out and i told her close to 11. She stated we needed……
