「Scam. Avoid. Their credit card machine was broken so I couldn't stay in the room I paid for because I couldn't pay their deposit and all their hidden fees. A cleaning feed, a utilities feed. Avoid like the plague. I stood there for over an hour waiting for them to fix it, instead of them waiving the deposit and letting me get some sleep. I had to get another hotel」

「First of all, the name of the property was different from what was shown on my reservation. The person at the front desk just kept saying that they were only there temporarily and did nothing to resolve the situation.
I had booked three rooms, but one of them had not even been cleaned. In the end, we had no choice but to find another place to stay.
It was a terrible experience, and I will never stay here again.」
