"Beautiful hotel. Clean and rooms were great. Beds were super comfy. Only thing I could say needs improved is parking costing an additional $25 for the hotels garage. Also the housekeeping staff are very loud (shouting down the hall at each other) and block the hallways on both sides making it hard to get through. "

"Our stay was amazing! Highly recommend the single room with the additional sitting area, overlooking the courtyard! Modern decor, clean, staff was responsive and very friendly. BEST location, walking distance to Old Market restaurants and shopping. And importantly, unlimited and free shuttles to all our destinations in the city (Zoo, restaurants) plus airport pick-up and drop off. We will definitely stay here again."

"Room was so nice and big, spotless and every staff member our family interacted with was fantastic. Definitely our favorite hotel in the Old Market. Only disappointment was no shuttle to State Wrestling this year due to short staffing issues. But it was totally understandable."

"One of our two rooms had a massive stain on the bed from make up! Told the front desk about it he wrote it down and said he would let house keeping know! Was disappointed that the pool was not working and half the one hallway was closed down so had to go around! We have stayed here before so that is why I had choose to again, don’t know if I will the next time and this place is close to a family member another reason it was picked! Front desk staff seemed to care and understand the needs of the people checking in. Housekeeping sure need to do a better job at that side of making rooms look presentable."
