「This hotel was really fantastic. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The location is excellent, breakfast buffet was really good, lots of options. We used the gym and the pool. Definately will make this our hotel of choice when coming to San Jose for errands.」

「My experience was just okay. I was on the second floor in a corner unit. The unit above me had serious construction work being done. It was extremely loud and unpleasant. It lasted for the majority of my stay and I never felt relaxed. I get that things need to be fixed or renovated. It would be better to block the adjacent rooms to properly accommodate your guest. I was not happy with my stay. I did call the front desk and all they did was acknowledge that construction was being done and...

「They just finished painting the pool edge...looks great. This is our 3 year at the Trapp Family Inn. The only thing that was different was it was warmer than usually in San Jose than in previous years. The rooms were definitely warmer, but we were glad we had ceiling fans. Service, Food, and hospitality were great. We'll be BACK!」

Many choices on Free Breakfast menu, and food is very good. We love staying in this place and know that the staff takes great pride in keeping the natural beauty of Costa Rica, and providing excellent service.」

「The grounds garden and pool were very beautiful and clean. The restaurant was amazing and included a full bar. They even had a space that allowed the dog to dine with us. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and water pressure in the shower was great! We would stay again.」
