“The room was very clean, and the room service menu was excellent with fast service. We especially appreciated this after arriving late, having had to leave another nearby hotel due to there being no heat in our room. Despite not staying, that hotel still required payment, even though I was sick with walking pneumonia and needed a warm room to avoid becoming more ill.”
