「The hotel is generally good. It's about 10-15 minutes of walking to the metro, tram station and a supermarket. There are good restaurants around it, and basically all over Prague lol The office manager is very helpful and humorous and he also introduced briefly the city to us. 「There was no one at the property to check me in. I spent an hour calling the hotel finally someone picked up and gave me instructions to enter. I chose this place because they advertised a Spa... The man on the phone said it is not working. So I went to another hotel in the area that had a spa. Avoid this place as there are many other better accommodations in Prague」
