It can get a bit noisy at night.. one of the nights there was a performer at the outdoor pool next door who sang 80’s rock music for what felt like hours but we were so tired from the beautiful beach it didn’t matter! "Apartment is well positioned really close to the beaches nd bars. Apartment is good with a large balcony two bedrooms and very well equipped in the kitchen you could definitely cook meals as there was everything thereto help you. The staff at the apartments were very friendly and welcoming. Moonlight bar is a great place to stop for a beer and catch the sun. All the staff are friendly and very attentive. "Honestly when I read the reviews about this place after my husband booked, I was very sceptical. People said it was dirty, had cockroaches, no hot water. None of this was true. About the hot water, you must realize that water heaters in Europe are half the size of North American ones. We had plenty of hot water. The only thing we didn't like are the beds are a little hard but it was the same at the previous place we stayed. We made do. Also tile floors are always cold which I'm not fond of but...

"The apartment is close to Tres Castelos beach and some very good restaurants. Very good value for money, as we stayed for a month. The lifts were always working and reliable. There is a concierge in the building for any emergencies. The apartment is well equipped for cooking and has a washing machine so we had a mixture of eating in and going to restaurants. There is a bus route fairly near but we used local taxis to get to bus and train stations and taxis are good value. The bath and shower...
