I don't know who said this place was nice; they must have been paid. There were exposed electrical wires exposed by water. Over was broken. Couch was broken. The door jammed, and we had to climb out the window to get help. It was so bad that I left early and got a new place. Owner did not want to issue a refund, but it was bad that Expedia did, justly, after I sent them pictures and videos. If you are even half human, stay away from here.

Vista linda, porém sem conforto nenhum.

A vista é ótima. Como fica acima de um bar super agitado, muito barulho impossível descansar. Camas bem ruins, desconfortáveis, nem papel higiênico deixaram, tivemos que comprar até detergente de louças, fósforo e desinfetantes.Mal cheiro nos corredores. Cortina não barra a luz, amanheceu já clareia tudo. Não ficaria novamente.

Minhas prioridades era localização, proximidade da praia e estacionamento. Infelizmente esse último, não observei não possuir, depois de tantas pesquisas. Por sorte achei um estacionamento não rotativo, com um sr que alugava vagas de proprietários, na rua ao lado. Como detalhista que sou alguns itens posso sugerir melhoras, como a chave está com uma fita, ao invés de um chaveiro identificando o apto, a geladeira enferrujada na parte de baixo, que facilmente poderia ser lixada e pintada a mão mesmo. Nada que desabone a estadia. No geral é ótimo o apto, com espaço suficiente para 4 pessoas, perto a pé do Boqueirão (equivalente ao "centro" de PG). Uma panificadora excelente ao lado, fujam do kioske "Dona G" em frente, arrogantes e grosseiros. Se não fosse pelo detalhe da vaga de garagem (culpa minha que não observei) seria 10. Mas para quem não se importa, cumpre a finalidade.
