The decor, fittings and facilities are all of the highest quality, and the artworks throughout the whole building that are a theme of the hotel are delightful. Our room had views over fields to the spectacular Pembrokeshire coast, the bed was huge and very comfortable, and the bathroom was superb. Despite the hotel restaurant being closed for a full refurbishment (re-opening in late March 2026) a cooked breakfast was still available, and very good,……

“Very pretty cottage. Close to the train station and taxis, and the Pembrokeshire Coastal Foot Path (breath-taking views). An easy walk into Fishguard and restaurants, pubs, grocery store, etc. We give the bed an “8” for comfort, but everything else was perfect or better! The owners left us a bottle of wine and some Welsh cookies, there was plenty of hot water, and the locals were friendly, relaxed and helpful.”

“Great location as a base to walk the coastal path /connections. The staff were so lovely and helpful I couldn't fault them. It was great to have a bath in the room, a rarity in a stay like this and very welcome after a hard day's walking(!). I ate every night here and the food was typical pub fayre- which is to say good value, and the steak was perfectly done. Good selection of smart tv stations on a big tv too, thanks for a great stay :)”

“Properly was nice and central to the town. Activities in walking and driving distance. Only downside is they dont want dogs upstairs but do not provide a gate on the stairs. Having to make a makeshift block not easy.”

“We stayed for four nights. The very nice lady that owns the cottage, Nesta, had made cake for out arrival. Everything was spotlessly clean and comfortable. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The upstairs bathroom has a bath, downstairs a shower. Kitchen was very well equipped with oven, hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and there was a utility room with a freezer and washing machine. If there was something missing, we didn't need it. Living room was……
