“Very close to the fish market restaurant area. Walking distance to key city centre. But the address on Expedia not very accurate. Valet parking $20 is ok. Yet our room when check in at 8pm is full of order refreshener that is too strong to bear. ”

“Kala Rooms were clean and in a good location close to the harbour and main shopping/eating old town tourism areas. The breakfast worked well across the plaza in front of Kala Rooms, with a hotel-provided coupon to a pastry shop for a wide variety of delicious fresh pastries and coffees.”

“Emanuele was a very friendly and helpful host - he helped me with parking (tip, don’t hire a car in Palermo!) and even presented us with birthday cake for my wife’s birthday- nice touch!”

“Stayed for 3 nights with a family of 6, including 4 children under age 10. We basically had two separate bedrooms - my wife and I slept in one with the baby in the provided crib and the 3 older children all had single beds in the other room with the kitchen. Both rooms had a full bath. Table and chairs, small refrigerator, hot water kettle, cooktop, sink, and tableware all included. Only complaint is could have used a microwave. The place was nothing fancy but was comfortable. The really……

“A very nice up-market B&B in the heart of historic Palermo. The room was spotlessly clean and quite spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Location is just minutes away from major attractions such as the Cathedral and Royal Palace. Be aware that you have to climb a few flights of stairs to get to the apartments so may be a problem if you have mobility issues.”

“The room was great. Plenty of space and it was very clean and the bathroom was very clean as well. I really liked the space in the shower as I’m really tall and often in places in Italy it’s hard to shower. The host was extremely helpful regarding how to get around Palermo. You’re not very far from the train station nor are you very far from Quattro Canti where many restaurants are. I would love to stay at this property again.”

“Suuuuper nice host. He introduced the whole city and the room to help us adapt to it quickly. The bed is too comfortable that we had difficulty to wake up. The location is great, just near the Piazza Bellini. The spa is comfortable to help us relax after the all day trip and walking in the city. The breakfast in a nearby Cafe shop is delicious.”
