“This property is centrally located in Palermo old town, walking distance to most of sites. The rooms are cleaned everyday and the building is securely managed. What most impressive is manager who is accommodating and spends a lot of time in the property, answering questions and giving suggestions. We originally booked a room without window due to overlooking the descriptions of the room, and we didn’t feel well after the first night of staying. The manager tried his best rearranging room……

“the attractions are at walkable distance from the suite. A bit noisy at night because there is a bar next to it. They provide earplugs but we were able to sleep without the earplugs. the room was clean. we stayed here for 3 nights. There was no hot water in the second night (likely the boiler was emptied)”

Nous n'avons croisé Antonella qu'à notre arrivée, mais elle répondait toujours très rapidement à nos demandes sur WhatsApp. Le petit déjeuner se limitait à un croissant emballé et un café que l'on se préparait soi-même dans la chambre.”
