“We were welcomed at the gate and taken to the reception desk by one of their very helpful & friendly employees. We had to sign a sort of indemnity document so whilst we did that he went into the room and put the Champagne I had requested (A great choice within the bounds of the budget I had set) into a big bucket of ice for us. We were escorted to our room shortly after and given a brief walkthrough to show us how everything worked, which keys are for which door, etc. There is a booklet……

“Amazing friendly staff, So helpful and attentive ! They catered to our every need. Hotel also provides transport to the nearby shopping malls. Especially Peter Ndlovu! He was amazing ! Even when we were hungry, He cooked up some sandwiches for us.”

“Dineo was warm and welcoming. She was friendly and professional, they had only one room available yet I travelled with my teen son. She offered to separate the king bed to make 2 singles which was not perfect. The only thing was the shower curtain is sheer, so if travelling with a friend or older child, it’s not very practical.”

“Well-located, but definitely a 3-start. Staff unwilling to make accommodations - electrician came late at night and instead of putting us in another room, we had to wait around while he was working in the room. So not really client-focused. Shower in room was walled off with rhino wall, missing a door completely. No basin in area of shower, had to use basin under the staircase where the toilet is. Spacious though. Cant use the TV as it is blocked by the refrigerator.”
