「Clean apartment, great location」

「J'ai réservé cet appartement pour une fête de famille pour plusieurs jours. L'appartement est très joli, super bien décoré, et les chambres sont très confortables. Avec la place de parking, et très bien placé. Ma famille a été ravi d'y séjourner. Merci encore pour l'accueil et l'organisation, super équipe :D」

「El apartamento está en una zona muy céntrica, a 5 minutos caminando de Gare du Conarvin. Si bien el vecindario no es el más ostentoso de Ginebra, para nada se percibe peligroso o riesgoso. Sí, hay muchos bares y atracciones para caballeros, pero en ningún momento faltan al respeto al turista. El ruido en la noche está muy bien aislado por las ventanas bien selladas del apartamento. Ahora bien, del apartamento como tal: es muy pequeño, cuatro personas estarán más que apretadas porque no hay...

「Un bel appartement simple dans un excellent emplacement, La salle de bain était propre et la douche avait une bonne pression d'eau, J'ai apprécié les verres à vin fournis pour un petit moment de détente le soir après une journée d'exploration de Genève,」

「The property was okay. But, around the next block was the red light district. Also the sink in the bathroom was plugged the whole time we were there. It was in an excellent location near downtown,and close to the lake .」

「施設詳細の設備欄にはコンロ（hob）の記載がありましたが、実際には設置されていませんでした。チェックイン後にオーナーへ問い合わせましたが、残念ながら回答はありませんでした。 また、事前にオーナーへ確認した際には「エアコン（冷房）はない」との回答でしたが、実際にはエアコンが設置されていました。これは嬉しい誤りでしたが、事前に提供された情報が正確ではなかったことになります。設備情報やオーナーからの事前の回答については、より正確であることを期待します。 部屋は清潔で快適でしたが、シャワー・トイレルームが2つの部屋の間に位置しているため、使用中は2つの部屋の間を行き来できなくなります。 また、キッチン・洗面所のドアは補修されていますが、補修に使われた板が分厚いため、ドアを完全に閉めることができませんでした。窓も、鍵がちゃんとかからない状態でした。 立地は駅やバスターミナル、湖に近く、とても便利です。一方、夜になると周辺に客引きと思われる女性が見られるため、夜間に徒歩で移動する際は多少気になりました。」
