“I chose this place for its nice layout of the living room seating with great natural light, the wonderful kitchen with lots of space for prep work, cooking and serving areas, the air hockey table, in addition to the wonderful reviews I had read about the host.Even though it was just me (1 person) staying at this large home, I knew that I'd be hosting 2 friends on different days, for whom I'd cook and spend time reconnecting with (who live in the area) and the comfort of the space was paramount……

“Wonderful hosts. Very helpful and accommodating. Home had everything we needed. Off road parking right by the gate. Host had many suggestions for hiking and entertainment. They made out Bew Years memorable. ”

“The room was as described. It was very comfortable and had several amenities in the room, such as smart TV, DVD player and refrigerator. The hostess was very friendly and made me feel at home. There were other areas of the house that I was allowed to use as a guest, such as the family room, exercise room, and outdoor seating area. I would return here in the future. I was very pleased with my stay here.”

“The goods - the room was spacious and clean - mini kitchen, cutlery, big sink - big fridge - relatively safe area - automatically lit walkway - plenty of street parking if you have a car - queen bed - reasonable price - straightforward communication of the host Things to be mindful of - Thin walls, some noises from other rooms could slip in (though very little) - raised ground at the door outside, need to be careful - low water pressure in the shower - mattress legs are a bit unstable -……

“Clean room, clear communication. The Fire Alarm was going off when my partner and I got there, but the property owner was very helpful in getting it fixed. Would stay again”

“What a great house made amazing by the lovely pool. This is a big house, really well equipped and with a big kitchen area. Good wifi and multiple TV's and an arcade style PacMan machine. We were able to garage our rental vehicle without problem. Good location in Henderson South of Las Vegas strip and easy to access off I15. Plenty of shops in the vicinity for groceries, fuel and eating out. Recommended and thanks to Host Ari who we met on check out morning.”

“My host was very accommodating and the house was in fantastic condition wish the pool was heated and I don’t have to pay for it to be heated think it should have been included considering how many days I booked ”
