    Ideal for small families or couples, this cozy and spacious 1-bedroom basement suite comfortably accommodates up to 2 adults and 1 child. To ensure a peaceful and enjoyable stay for everyone, we do not allow more than 2 adults, and no additional guests or pets are permitted. Enjoy complimentary Netflix on the flat-screen smart TV for your entertainment.

    Welcome to our comfortable 1-bedroom basement suite, perfect for couples or small families. This private unit includes a full kitchen, a comfortable living room, and all the essentials you need for a relaxing stay.
    Conveniently located, the suite is just:

    7 minutes from the hospital

    Close to shopping, dining, and essential services

Comfortable bed, good shower and a nice recliner love seat! Kitchen well set up with lots of pots and pans, as well as salt, pepper and oil oil. Also some tea and coffee! Host very responsive! Great location, a quick drive to downtown.
