All rooms are facing the pool and really only the rooms on bottom have an enclosed balcony which I was told cost more . So not sure if I got the right room. 「The condo was across the street from the beach. The beach was not as depicted in the pictures. No private beach access. We had to go up several blocks to the boardwalk for public beach access. Instructions on how to access the WiFi and TV could have been communicated better. TV was reported not working but was not corrected during our 7 day stay. The electricity went off for 1 morning and management did respond quickly but was instructed to only use one burner on the stove. Washer was very loud...

They send home instructions on how to get in. House has no generator so if the electricity goes out in town your without energy in the home and without water. Todo el el complejo es de excelente calidad y sobre todo muy bien en el aspecto de seguridad. Los propietarios nos atendieron de muy buena forma y nos sentimos en todo momento con buen recibimiento con la seguridad que ante cualquier eventualidad contaríamos con su apoyo y gentileza.
