「Easy to find and staff was friendly」

「由於從台灣到此出差，有14小時時差，除了工作時間外，常在房間休息。 然而因為房間的隔音效果差，在房間休息時常受其他房間開關門聲影響，其他房客在走廊上嬉鬧顯的吵雜。 又房間內的WIFI訊號不是很穩定，使用通訊軟體打電話時常斷訊。 房間內的微波爐建議擺放簡易說明書。 櫃台服務很好，快速退房也很方便。 自機場抵達及離開時皆能快速安排車輛接駁很方便。」

「I will always choose a Hampton Inn when possible. It is a hotel that I can rely on to have clean and updated rooms. What I didn't care for with the Moline airport Hampton Inn was the front desk staff. The couple of interactions I had with them, they seemed indifferent to helping/answering questions. 「A friend and I went on a vacation and attended an event. I have pictures of how disgusting the bathroom was, but since I booked through expedia the hotel wouldn't return any money if we left early bc it was a 3rd party booking. There was so much mold everywhere in the bathroom and you can tell that they epoxied over the tub (didn't do a good job) they just caulked, epoxied, and painted over everything. 「I am extremely disappointed. What you see online is not what you will experience in person. First, the pool is abandoned as if no one has used or maintained it. Second, the hallway rugs are musty and dirty. Third, the bathroom tub water does not go down and the tub is dirty. 4th there is a lot of dust in the room specially under the bed. Finally the breakfast barely has any options and wasnt fresh.」

「Hotel was great. I prefer no carpet but that’s okay. It is tornado season but I had no idea where the storm shelter was or even what I should do. Breakfast was very nice. I wish they had evening snacks Monday-Thursday instead of Monday-Wednesday. I found it odd when they asked me if I need housekeeping services. They only clean every other day if requested. I placed my trash in the hall each day. Overall a great place.」

「Lady nice checking us in but our credit card won’t work and needed a PIN number. A sheet of glass between us so used cash in the end. Very run down and old compared to others we had seen in our travels. Booked later at night and won’t do that again. Non smoking room but you could smell from years of smoke 」

「I do not recommend this property. I can handle “run down”, but this hotel was far worse than that. Bedding was gross and stained. Carpet felt nasty to your feet. Everything was dirty. We spoke with an agent from Expedia for a refund and packed our clothes and left. Expedia should not post a hotel in this condition on its website. The pictures were totally misleading.」

「The hotel looks like it might be starting some remodeling. Maybe new windows. Carpeting really needs replaced. Very disappointed in the bathroom. We really wanted a bathtub but there was no plug. Room overall clean and bed comfortable. We really just wanted a bath and bed. Bed did not disappoint.」
