「唯一的優點是房間很大，房內設施比較老舊，我們連住3晚，不會有每天清潔服務，浴巾也不會每日更換（如果要換浴巾需要加錢），早上10點退房（房卡10點失效，但是之前沒有告知，我們差點被鎖在門外），退房前需要自己把所有使用的餐具放到洗碗機內清洗，垃圾需要自行拿到外面的垃圾收集區域丟（這地點也沒有事先告知），退房前30分鐘我們一直在做家事收拾…… 基本上，我們下次是不會再考慮住這」

「Even though the rooms say smoke-free, they are not. Our room smelled like smoke, and they had no other rooms to move me. The walls and ceiling are yellow ..prob from the smoke. The bathroom was not the best. There was no staff to refill items at breakfast. This hotel needs to be painted or renovated. 」

「The manager couldn’t speak English very well and was not friendly. We asked for a nonsmoking room and he didn’t want to accommodate that even though that’s what we booked. There was no hair shampoo/conditioner, hair dryer, hangers, iron or ironing board and the towels were very small and stained and the sheets were damp. Very disappointed as the reviews weren’t bad on Expedia. 」

「We checked in and pulled around to the side entrance where we where instructed to go and the outside door would not open with our card so we had to walk around to the front to get to the room. Go up to the room and the hallway and room were under construction with no power in the room, go back to the desk and they assign us to another room. We go to this room and cannot get in the door. It will not unlock. Go back to the front desk and the lady says the lock battery may be dead and she had to...

「We requested a room with 2 queen beds, they gave us a room with one bed, when we went to the reception to let them know they took over 1/2 hour to then tell us that they did not have any rooms available with 2 beds, and couldn’t provide us with two rooms either, they told us with no worries in the world that they overbooked and couldn’t do anything for us. Basically left us stranded after a very long trip and being super exhausted.」

「Very dirty carpet. Microwave had food from previous people. Beds had chocolate stains from previous ppl. Breakfast and coffee were just ok. 」

「Experience at check-in was excellent. Front desk greeter answered all my questions immediately and accurately. Room was clean and ready. My only issue was the A/C temperature fluctuations. Airport shuttle was punctual on-the-dot. Will definitely stay again in the future.」

「I'll say this again the front desk always welcome back because it has been a home away from home the housekeepers always do excellent cleaning the maintenance crew always say how you doing its a pet friendly place the bus stop is right there to tske you to the mall its a home away from home 」

「There was a close to property sell out that should have been noted when I made a reservation as the property was overrun with children and soccer parents. This was impossible. The lobby was overcrowded and the hallways so loud with kids running and doors slamming shut. I had to make another reservation elsewhere and just lose my money. I did not appreciate the conditions. 」
