“This place is amazing! The apartment is beautiful, fully equipped, and just 2 minutes to the most beautiful beach! Ocean view. Pristine white, sandy beach, and crystal clear waters. We were able to walk over a mile without seeing anyone else to the western tip of the island which is a nature preserve. The 2 building complex has a pool , hot tub, kayaks canoes snorkel gear and small restaurant which is open for lunch dinner.and drinks. Nothing was ever crowded. Lisa was great, easy to……

“We had a wonderful stay at Villa Renaissance 402. We found the unit to be beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed, including coffee and tea, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The view of the ocean from the living room and balcony is breathtaking. The beach was never overly crowded even though we were there during spring break. We also enjoyed the beautiful pool and hot tub. The property manager was extremely helpful and……

“It is a great and comfortable unit with beautiful views, complemented by the excellent pool, not tub, and beach facilities. It also is centrally located near many restaurants, hotels, shops, and a grocery store just a short walk away. ”

“The apartment itself was very clean and tidy with everything needed provided for the stay. The walk to Smith's Reef entrance on the west access is approximately 20-25 minutes, and an additional 5 minutes to reach an area of water where you can enter. The check-in process was very easy and simple and it was very easy to talk to the host and would answer questions quickly. The only thing i suggest is getting a new coffee maker or cleaning the inside of it a little better as it is a little dirty.……

“Great location for a family spring break! We visited with our 2 middle school aged kids. The villa was spacious and the patio was our favorite part. The beach was quite windy (you can't predict/control the weather), but we enjoyed the pool and had a rental car to drive to other less windy spots on the island. ”

“Lisa is wonderful! We needed to get there early to drop our bags off to go to pirates cove and we were able to. We had a late flight, and were allowed to check out late. Property is great. If you want to relax and not be in a crowd, this is the place. Restaurant is good. Never more than a few people on the clean beach. Frequently windy. Water is a little more rougher than grace bay, but still beautiful. I always stay here one or two nights on my trips to t.c.i. for peace and quite. ……
