「Posizione comodissima, siamo riusciti a parcheggiare quasi sempre in pochi minuti, peccato per le campane della chiesa al mattino....per il resto, conforme alla descrizione.」

「Ottima comunicazione con l'agenzia, l'appartamento si trova proprio a ridosso del porto vicino alla spiaggia nord, all'appartamento non mancava nulla, un bel frigo grande che è raro trovarlo, disposta sui 2 lati della casa, bastava tenere aperte le finestre per arieggiare.L'unico consiglio che posso dare, di usare per la camera da letto una doppia guida e due tende separate per avere un oscuramento migliore.. Nel complesso, consigliatissimo!」

「Idealmente situato nel parco del Conero, con grande tranquillità per chi ama la natura. Possibillità di andare alla spiaggia (libera!) di Mezzavalle a piedi e ottimo punto di partenza per scoprire il parco del Conero. Fortemente raccomandato :) 」

「Ein Haus in traumhafter Lage mit Privatpool zur eigenen Nutzung, aus jedem Winkel eine wahnsinnig schöne Aussicht, was gibt es da noch zu sagen? Der Erholungswert eines Urlaubs in diesem Anwesen ist einfach nicht zu toppen. Auch ein Regentag ist kein Problem - das Haus ist auch innen so toll eingerichtet und groß, dass man sich hier gerne aufhält. Das Grundstück ist weitläufig. Das Haus ist topp ausgestattet, es fehlt an rein gar nichts. Wir haben Gott sei Dank für nächstes Jahr bereits gebucht...

「Wir verbrachten 13 Tage im Appartment von Casa Pietronedas klein aber sehr gemütlich ist. Da sonst keine Mieter da waren konnten wir den schönen Garten mit einem tollen Ausblick in die Ferne alleine genießen. Von Cupramontana konnten wir 2 gut ausgeschilderte Wanderungen unternehmen und abends gut Essen gehen. Wir hatten ein kleines Problem und Herr M. della Schiava hat sich sofort bei uns gemeldet. H&F aus Bayern」

「Greta e' stata gentilissima e sempre reperibile, prima e durante il soggiorno. La taverna e' in una splendida posizione, tranquilla ma vicina a tutto. Siamo stati veramente bene.」

「Ottima impressione solo la recinzione del giardino rotta che ci ha impedito di poterne usufruire con i cani se non tenuti al guinzaglio e quindi impossibilitati a lasciare le finedtre aperte se non con le tapparelle completamente abbassate. Per il resto tutto ok!」

「We spent our summer holidays 2018 in one of the apartments. Was lovely and traditional Italian, just like we wanted it to have. it is very good equipped and although we were 6 persons we had enough space. Close by are many wineries, where can be taste the Lacrima di Morro d'Alba wine, delicious!! The hostesses Cathy and Enrico are lovely human being, caring and with a lot of good tips about the area. They were pending the time we were there and each time we need it something they took care of...

「Die ganze Anlage, somit auch diese Wohnung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen .Aber sehr gut gepflegt. Die Besitzerin war sehr freundlich. Wir hatten alles, was wir gebraucht haben. Da bereits Nebensaison war, waren wenig Gäste in der Anlage. Für uns als Hundebesitzer war es sehr angenehm.Aus dem Fenster konnten wir das Meer und Loretosehen. 」
