"Book a 2 nights with them. Apartment was located along a small street hard time finding. Called them to check in but number was invalid and cannot get hold of them at all. They did not even send someone to check if the guest arrives. End of the day I have to rebook another new hotel and messed up our holiday plans. Asking for refund but dragged till now no reply. Irresponsible property please do not book. "

"We recently stayed here for a wedding in Zoagli. Overall, the place served its purpose — it was clean, quiet, and in a good location about a 15-minute walk down to the oceanfront restaurants, shops, and beach. Check-in was very smooth with clear instructions, and we appreciated having access to a washer and drying rack during our stay. " Nous avons réservé 9 jours. Dans l’annonce il n’est pas précisé qu’il faut garer sa voiture plus bas (sur des places réservées aux résidents parfois toute occupées) et monter environ 80 marches. Monter nos affaires à 33 degrés (+ une très forte forte humidité) a été plus que sportif… La communication a d’ailleurs été très compliquée car l’hôte n’était pas présent et ne donnait plus aucune nouvelle à notre arrivée …. 3 heures (de stress) plus tard il nous envoie la vidéo de là où est caché...
