“Cool neighbourhood - lots of character. i was only there for one night and it's perfectly adequate - my room mates were quiet as mice and hid the whole time, but you get that. Shower flooding seems to be a recurring theme, m y suggestion would be to put some aside to upgrade as it does get flooded frequently. Can't just be a small group of loco backpackers.”

“I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel in Milan. First, the room was advertised as having air conditioning, but when I checked in, it wasn’t working at all. Instead, there was only a fan. When I contacted reception, I received inconsistent explanations—first they said it couldn’t be fixed, then they claimed it was “by law” in Milan, and later they said they would try to help after a couple of days. “Las habitación estaba limpia y todo estaba ordenado. El internet funcionó muy bien y todo desde el proceso de check-in y check-out fue muy sencillo. El único detalle que podría mejorar son las mamparas del baño que no cerraban del todo, pero por suerte aún así no dejaba salir agua. Un detalle muy importante para resaltar es que a pesar del frio, nuestra habitación (308) estuvo siempre muy bien calefaccionada. Un excelente descanso”

“Extra hidden costs needs to be payed on arrival, no way of avoiding these since they are not optional services. No hot water and when asked about it, the response was to try another bathroom. You get one sheet which works as both the bed sheet and the cover which had holes in it. No keys to the doors to the rooms, all doors was unlocked all the time. Bathroom door couldn't be locked. There is a fan in the room but the condition of that was well past its expiration date, it made a terrible noise.”
