A notre arrivée ce n’est pas la suite qui nous a été attribuée car ne l’av Pas autorisé à vendre cette chambre au prix où nous l’avons réservé. Après 3h30 d’échanges entre hôtel.com, l’hotel et moi, nous avons fini par intégrer la chambre ( supplément de la chambre prise en charge par Hôtel.com qui était en tord). Le séjour était magnifique. 」

A 15/20 minutes en voiture de la station de métro San Donato qui mène au centre de Milan. Luisa est une hôte réactive et arrangeante, nous avons pu arriver avant l'heure prévue de check in. "I have mentioned to have a silent room about one month before I arrive. Unfortunately the room window towards bar street which makes noise at night and morning also included truck noise, street cleaning noise … otherwise all are good! Especially the food in sfizo, good quality and tasty as usual! Really suggest to go to try! The team from hotel is good! Smiling and warm. "

"The condition of the room and hotel is really bad. Looks like they haven't renovate or maintain it for the last 10 years. The carpet felt very dirty, even the floor beneath the carpet was broken, when you walk you felt a sudden depression hole underneath! This is really horrible condition."
