「Buen lugar zona segura tranquila pero si hay que mejor algunas algunas cosas las mujeres en servicio llevan años en mismo lugar aveces son amables otros días les importa que tú eres el cliente solo les interesa cobrar su sueldo son groseras maleducadas, son ese esos emigrantes que están allí por simplemente la vida nos dio otro oportunidad 」

「The hostel is 10 minutes walk from the Milan Duomo. The staff is nice, continental breakfast is basic but sufficient. Stayed in a 8 people dormitory on first floor. Loud music is played in the common/dining area and one can hear it on Friday and Saturday nights till 1am.」

「We were a little wary when we realized it was a dormitory and a hotel, but this was one of the best places that we stayed. From the friendly check-in, to the key card elevators (that only allows guests on the guest floor and students on the student floor) to the personalized postcard in our room and a free croissant, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious, clean and well thought out. The hotel was also within walking distance of the Metro. This was a winner!」

「Madama was my first hostel experience and it was great! Beds were comfortable and the location was great, about a 5 minute walk to the metro which can get you anywhere in Milan quickly. Area is safe and always people around, but quiet. Madama’s bistrot is very lively, so if you prefer a more quiet hostel this is not for you. You can hear the kitchen working from the room but it’s usually quiet by midnight and starts up around 8 in noise. I did not mind this since I was out and about most of the...
