「good service and location」

「Das Hotel war sauber und gepflegt. Die Lage war ausgezeichnet. Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend. Insgesamt ein angenehmer Aufenthalt.」

「at first, overwhelmed by the greetings from all the staffs in the lobby, too friendly or overwhelmed is subjective. what really threw us off was that as a five star hotel that emphasized on services, charging for bottled water was just ridiculous. this was the first five star hotel where we were charged for bottled water. besides, the brand they offered was the same as a FOUR STAR hotel nearby, and they gave out the water nonstop and fully complimentary!! DEFINITELY NOT WORTH THE PRICE. 」
