“First, the staff were very nice and helpful. Before my check-in, staff had already asked for my estimated time of arrival for preparing the check-in. As I arrived late night, the staff was very helpful to guide me how to get to the hotel through Whatsapp and she responded very quickly. She also helped me to call taxi when I check-out. Secondly, there was lift in the hotel so I could go to my room easily with my heavy luggage. The room was very tidy and clean. I felt very cozy. The decoration of……

“Very warm hospitality service provided by the owners, especially from two of the permanant staff; their dogs ;P. Clean and spaceous room. Flexible for our check-in arrangement due to our late arrival from Lake Como. Really appreciate the lady owner for well preparation of our take away breakfast for the early departure on the last day.”
