“Brilliant. My family (6 adults, 2 teenagers and 2 dogs) stayed here for 2 weeks this summer. We have stayed in the area often in the last 10 years but this was our first tike.at Paola's property. It was perfect. 2 houses (only 1 rental) secluded with exclusive access to the pool and land which was enough to keep everyone happy (even the dogs) the ac was a godsend for the dogs and the house had everything we could have wanted. The views were stunning. The house was exactly what we needed. Nearby……

“Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit. Das Haus und das Grundstück sind wie auf den Fotos dargestellt, einfach nur ein Traum.Der schmale Feldweg zum Haus ist gut zu befahren und stellte keinerlei Probleme dar.Die Eigentümerin war zum Zeitpunkt unseres Aufenthaltes selbst nicht da, war aber stets gut erreichbar und es war alles wunderbar organisiert.Von dort aus ließen sich alle unsere Ziele innerhalb einer guten Stunde erreichen. Auch das Meer ist gut erreichbar, sehr weitläufig und mit Hund einfach……

“A wonderful stay in a beautiful farmhouse. We had a problem with the plumbing but the hosts couldn’t have been more responsive and helpful and resolved immediately. Pool is small but works a treat and almost every meal taken in the garden which is so great! WiFi great for working and Teams calls. Quiet, safe and really relaxing and great accessibility to Citta della and many other hill towns. Thank you Frederica (and Mr Frederica ) we will be back! ”

“Sehr nette Gastgeberin. Die Wohnung ist kleiner, als man es von den Fotos vermutet. Ausstattung ist gut, zum Teil veraltet. Sehr lauter Kühlschrank. Unbequeme Matratze. Eine Superaussicht mit Blick auf den See. Tolle Möglichkeit draußen zu sitzen. Insgesamt gutes Apartment, jedoch etwas zu teuer.”

“Fausto was great & the place was really nice. It’s a hike into the village & the traffic is crazy!! I don’t think it’s the perfect location for seniors or children but a lovely stay none the less! ”

“This home is a little peace of heaven. When we arrived, we parked in the car area, walked up the stone steps through a beautiful arch, and made our way to our apartment. Communication with Paolo was easy, making our arrival delightful. He had a bottle of wine waiting for us as a welcome. Our apartment had a terrace with a beautiful view of the valley and mountains. The apartment is well appointed with everything you would need for your stay. The bed was comfortable, the ac worked perfectly,……

“This apartment is beautifully renovated. Really, everything about it is perfect. It is ideally located in the Piazza del Duomo (with a nice view of the Duomo) and is very quiet. My bedroom faced away from the Duomo and I slept with the window open. We did not use the kitchen but it has modern appliances and a full compliment of accessories. “L'appartement est très grand (rez-de-chaussée d'une maison) et aménagé avec bcp de goût. Tout etait fournis à l'arrivée : linges de lit, serviettes de toilette, liquide vaisselle, éponge et torchons. L'accueil des propriétaires etaient chaleureux et leurs conseils bienvenus. Chien, chat, tortues nous ont réservés un acceuil amical. Le jardin est très grand, idéal lorsqu'on a des enfants. La piscine est un avantage non négligeable au vu des températures très élevées. “Andrea, der Eigentümer, hat uns vorab schon via Whatsapp kontaktiert und Informationen zur Anreise geschickt. Man erreicht das Grundstück teilweise über unbefestigte Straßen, die aber in sehr gutem Zustand sind und völlig unproblematisch auch mit einem größeren Auto befahren werden können. Haus und Grundstück waren sehr sauber und gut gepflegt. In unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft befinden sich zwei bis drei weitere Häuser, insgesamt war es aber sehr ruhig. Orvieto, Bolsena und Bagnioregio sind mit……

“Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub im Casa le Crete! Das Grundstück ist aussergewöhnlich, traumhaftes Panorama, idyllisch, auf einem Berg, umgeben von Weinbergen und Sonnenblumen Feldern. Grazia und Dani haben sich um jedes Problem sofort gekümmert, waren herzlich und gastfreundlich. Die Anfahrt war für uns absolut kein Problem. !Wir würden allerdings allen dringend davon abraten eine andere Zufahrt zum Haus zu nehmen, als die die Grazia bei der Anreise zeigt! Die kürzeste von Google empfohlene……
