Great House!

Great home away from home!

Fantastic Stay

We had a wonderful stay. The staff, house, and property were fantastic. We explored the Puerto Aventuras area and Tulum. The staff was excellent. We would stay again! The only suggestion we'd make is updating the activity/beach/cenote information guide. It was incredibly helpful, but pricing and details have changed since the document was created. This not a complaint, but rather a heads up for future first-timers. Use the guide, but compare to Google if accurate pricing is important.

True Gem in Puerto Aventuras

Casa Sarita by far it is the best property we have stayed at in Mexico. Stunning property with high security. Our host Stephney and property manager Valerie provided us with all the information we need to make our trip a easy memorable one. This property is situated walking distance to many local attractions which was a added bonus. Our maid Myra kept the place clean at all times. One of the best villa.

Wonderful villa in a beautiful location

My husband and I, our children (10 & 12), and my parents stayed in the villa for 9 nights in April and had an amazing holiday. The villa itself was spacious, the pool was (naturally) warm, and the location was ideal - secluded, but within 10 minutes walking distance of the marina. During our holiday we swam with the dolphins in Puerto Aventuras, ate at a number of different restaurants in the marina, and went to the Puerto Aventuras beach (which had crystal clear, shallow water). We also left Puerto Aventuras to visit Tulum, Chichen Itza, and Xel Ha. We would highly recommend a holiday in this villa, and are grateful to have found such a gem!

Family Vacation

5 star service and facilities from beginning to end! From the very first email from the property manager and owner we were taken care of. Any and all questions were not only answered but in depth help and care were given. The house was immaculate and well kept. The house keeper did an amazing job and so did the ground keeper. The property manager kept in contact with us and made sure we felt at home from the first night we arrived through the very last day. I can't wait to book my next vacation at this place, it surely made our modest vacation feel like we were royalty. THANK YOU!

Perfect Family Spring Break

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home in Mexico! Our group included 4 adults and 4 kids (ages 6–8), and the house was perfect for us. It was spacious, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. We chose to rent this property over staying at an all-inclusive resort and it was the best decision! The adults wanted spring break too! Being able to enjoy the house and pool while the kids slept nearby gave us the peace of mind we wouldn’t have had in a hotel.The highlight was definitely the private pool—it gets tons of sun and was a hit with both the kids and adults. Alfredo was fantastic and kept the pool and yard in pristine condition. He even helped us open a coconut, which the kids loved!Myra, the housekeeper, came daily and kept everything spotless, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Valerie, the property manager, was super responsive and helpful from the start. She stocked the house with groceries before our arrival, so we felt at home right away.The location felt very safe and was within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and just a 15-minute walk to the beach. We all agreed we’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to friends and families.

Beautiful stay!

We had a wonderful time! There were 3 couples and we had plenty of space to gather throughout the property. The backyard felt private and there were sound of birds and breezes. The staff was excellent and offered many suggestions throughout our stay. We can’t wait to visit again and would definitely stay here!

A fantastic property. I would love to have a group sty there again

Everything was immaculate. The maid came daily and did a fantastic job of cleaning, fresh towels, etc. We loved the area and look forward the the next time we can book the home and return to paradise.

Beautiful home! Great outdoor space for families!

We were met by the property manager who was excellent and always available. We were given a lot of good information ahead of time vis. restaurants, cenotes, beach clubs,etc. Stephney (the owner) checked on us during our visit. The home is very convenient to restaurants and the marina(fishing,scuba,etc.) Really enjoyed ourselves and hope to return.

Beautiful, everything we wanted!

The villa was perfect for a group of adults celebrating a birthday. Big, well stocked kitchen, beautiful pool and nice spacious bedrooms! Puerto adventuras is a very nice, safe community with stores and restaurants within walking distance. There is something for everyone!

Viva puerto aventuras!!!!

Magnificent house Amazing host Too easy to be complimentary here 7 adults ventured to this lovely property. Pictures are absolutely accurate. House is kept in great condition and the 2 daily staffers work their butts off. Our host was always a text away and made our stay that much more enjoyable. We will be making sure that our next trip to Mexico includes a stay at this or any of their properties. A true pleasure to work with.

Amazing time in Puerto Aventuras

An absolutely beautiful property in Puerto Aventuras!! The villa comfortably accommodated our party of 7. Very well appointed and the pool was a joy to lounge the hot days away. Stephanie and her property manager were very responsive to emails and special requests. We had 2 birthdays to celebrate within our party and they were wonderful in helping to arrange private chef services for a surprise birthday dinner. Rental golf carts made it very easy to get around the grounds. Would definitely recommend Casa Sarita for anyone seeking accommodations in Puerto Aventuras.

Family Vacation !

The place is beautiful ! We had amazing time they made it very easy for all of us. The community is the best , very friendly an quiet an safe ! There was 6 of us , we did not need car , but we did rent golf cart which was great , the beach at the omni was great we did not pay we just walked through an went to public beach, no chairs but we spent most of time in water anyway. I have nothing bad to say ! We will return to Puerto aventura's an we would also rent Casa sarita again for family vacation . Thank you all for a lovely vacation !

Wonderful Escape

It's been 3 weeks since we stayed here and we can't stop thinking about how we want to go back. My cousins and I stayed here in May 2018 and had a wonderful time. The pictures do not begin to capture the beauty of this home. Each bedroom is comfortably decorated and spacious. We immediately felt relaxed and at home. Thanks to Valerie who promptly answered all our requests, and to each member of the on-site staff that discreetly took care of the house and grounds. This house is the perfect "escape from it all" with family or friends.

Very Impressive and comfortable

The home is beautiful and immaculate. The pictures don't do it justice. My 5 girlfriends and I stayed 5 days 4 nights and all had plenty of room for privacy if needed. The neighbors were fun and friendly and the area is quiet and private. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful, especially our maid Ledi who we hardly let do any work since we are used to cleaning up behind ourselves but she was determined to make sure we had everything we needed and cleaned anyway. The surrounding community is very nice and easy to get around. It also has everything you might need during your stay.

Perfect Place for a large group

This house is gorgeous, big and wonderfully furnished. It accommodated 10 adults easily. It’s everything you could want and more in a vacation home. The owner was very prompt to answer questions and getting us in contact with the property manager. Our housekeeper/cook Tina, was wonderful and very sweet. The gardener Arturo kept the pool clean and the grounds immaculate. The property manager Valerie was great with answering questions and getting us everything we needed including groceries the day we arrived, a golf cart and setting us up with local chefs for a few days of breakfasts and dinners. The location is wonderful and safe. We will be back!

Beautiful villa and a great vacation

Our family stayed for a week at Casa Sarita and it was one of the most beautiful vacations ever. The house is amazing, with all the room and comfort you can wish for yet it feels so cozy and like home. Having the awesome and private pool for use anytime is great. The secluded backdrop of palm trees makes it look like a beautiful tropical painting. The rooms are spacious and air-conditioned and common areas were so tastefully designed. Big thank you to Mayra for making sure the house was always clean and neat, to Jaime for keeping the pool and premise immaculate and Valerie for always being there for all other needs such as taxi, golf carts and any other info. What a great and friendly crew that made this stay even more pleasant. The location is perfect with short walk to Puerto Aventuras marina, restaurants and the beach. We would love to come back here again, soon!

Absolutely beautiful

If you are looking to be spoiled search no more. This villa feels like your own private resort. Valerie checks in on you every day and whatever you are wanting she arranges. Golf carts delivered. People arrived at the house to discuss excursions and transportation with us. The maid comes every day and cleans the entire villa. I highly recommend you hiring personal chefs that come to cook for you. Puerto Aventuras is just beautiful where you feel safe to drive your golf cart. Watch the dolphins while you shop and get away from it all. My group of 12 will be back again.

Super Neighborhood Wonderful Pool

Fantastic home for 3 couples with kids ages teen-6 yo. Neighborhood was safe and nearby ample selection of excellent restaurants. The pool was awesome, Yard beautiful and home spacious! We had Monkey and other animal visitors and several of the adults found excellent local safe running routes with sidewalks. Friendly locals! Puerto Aventuras is a great community. Only Downside was mattresses are getting tired/sink hole and we were surprised to discover we couldn’t use washer/dryer. Having 12 people with only paid housekeeper access to laundry is a real drawback and unusual for air b n b or VRBO we have stayed at in past. Overall wonderful stay we would consider again, especially if the laundry situation were different.

A Great Getaway

We spent Christmas 2022 and New Year's here. The house is lovely, the rooms are large and well furnished. We really enjoyed our time there. The house was very well equipped. The bathroom linens were quite plush like a posh hotel.. Having a maid in the house and a pool/garden man daily was very helpful. They both were unobtrusive; they worked hard and as a result the house was always clean and the pool, pool deck, gardens and courtyard kept clean and the barbeque was cleaned each time we used it. The property manager checked in with us every few days and was a big help arranging taxis from time to time and providing us with answers to our many questions. This very safe gated community is ideal if you are just looking for a quiet relaxing holiday, but it is also only a short drive to Playa del Carmen or Tulum if you are looking for more action. It's ideal for having a little of both.
