「I gave this property 3-stars because of the of the construction noise that started at 6 PM and continued until 9:00 PM. It continued for two days of my stay. While it was not the hotel but the owner just below in the same building was quite disturbing and extremely annoying. Especially because concrete demo and grinding was in the open loft area outside guest room and configuration lend itself to echoes making it even worst. 「Location does not help unless your plan is staying in the hotel all day long. However there is nothing to do...hotel is nice but not incredible. I paid for a room with ocean view and I only heard it, it was so far away to appreciate. Thats why I chose the hotel, they promised an incredible view but nothing. Honestly very dissapointed. Paying for taxis everytime is very expensive. I paid in taxis more than the flight. Food ok but nothing to remember, no cokes available !! I wont back.」

「ÚNICO Hotel es una buena opción si quieres estar en un lugar con acceso directo a La Playa. Tienes muchas opciones de comer en la misma zona, así como tiendas y barecitos. Tiene un Beach Club, pero no es exclusivo para clientes y puede ser que no siempre te toque camastros en las primeras líneas. Valdría la pena que esos espacios los reserven para los huéspedes y dejen los espacios más alejados para los solo pagan el acceso al Beach Club. The main drawback was the top-floor suite with the palapa-style roof.
