“This was our second visit to the property since the renovation and rebrand and we once again had a truly excellent vacation. Team members were all professional and welcoming. The food and beverage selection well exceeded our expectations; our room (complete with Frette linens and Byredo amenities) was perfectly clean with a lovely sea view; and the pool and grounds were beautifully maintained. ”

“The staff was great and friendly. Very chill atmosphere. The lazy river was fantastic. ”

“This is a great place to come and relax, being an adults only resort it has a much different feel then family resort. Very chill for the most part but they kick it up during the afternoon with music, dancing and pool activities to get the atmosphere ramped up. It's hard to give more than a 4 rating on this resort just due to a few little things that need some thought. The Joe Merchant (points store) has a very limited variety of snacks and beverages so that needs to be looked at, also giving out……

“Very friendly staff and well educated on customer service. The young lady who greeted us was very helpful when we asked for direction. Our room was extremely comfortable and clean. My fault, I did book this place without looking on a map. So the proximity to dt Puerto Morelos was more of a short drive instead of a walk. Oh well, we still enjoyed our stay! P.S. our bed was super comfy💗”
