「This was an amazing experience for two honeymooners. When we got there, we were met with very attentive and friendly staff helped us settle in. The place was very well maintained and our room was so lovely. The complementary breakfast allowed for 4 total plates and 4 drinks which served as a big brunch that could hold us over until dinner. The room service was thorough and brought free sodas and snacks. I have no complaints about the beach Tulum and I hope to come back someday in the future....

「The hotel is beautiful, lush and in a great location. The pool could have been cleaner. It was cloudy and needed to be skimmed. Most hotels of this caliber clean their pools every day. This one didn't feel as clean. And then, of course, all the sargassum on the beach made it impossible to use, but that isn't the hotels fault.」
