The unit was actually really nice. Worked out for all of us who stayed. If you need a place to stay this would be an affordable and great place to book. :)

Bad internet service,bad location,gate door made loud noise as it didn’t close properly,steep stairs with no railing or light. Shower head sprayed water out of shower area. No sofa seating area for relaxing time. Only bar stools. TV unavailable as poor internet service. Would not go back

The property is very good for more than one person traveling. Everything is very nice and has the general things you may need. VERY CONVENIENT. and close to the entrance

Nice small place

This place was nice but it’s a small apartment with no living room or central area to hangout. It’s a 3 bedroom with just one bathroom, with a small kitchen, not too functional for 6 adults and 4 kids. We all hung out in the kitchen with our beach chairs as there no couches. The location is very far from the beach, it states central location but no, it’s across the street from Sams club, the entrance to Peñasco.. The mini split in one of the rooms was not working when we arrived, it wasn’t fixed until the following day. So, we had to move the mattress to another room. The positive, great wifi and Netflix available for the kids. There was a garage for our side by side which was good.. I don’t feel this place was worth the money we paid.
