Casa de Olas is an 8 bedroom luxury ocean-view compound located in Las Conchas, just steps from the beach. This property is two houses built side by side and who share the backyard and pool area. Allows guests to have an extraordinary experience with both the ocean and the fun of a private pool! Great views of the ocean and the estuary from the many terraces. The Space:
This property is two houses built side by side and who share the backyard and pool area. You get two of everything when you vacation here! The 2 living rooms, 2 dining rooms, and 2 kitchens are very large and open. The living rooms each have a queen futon for extra guests. There are two dining areas and kitchens. The kitchens are fully equipped and include most small appliances including a coffee maker, blender, microwave and toaster, and a large breakfast bar that also doubles as a prep area. Please note there is no dishwasher. The 2 master suites have a king-size bed and have access to an ocean-view patio. The second bedrooms are a suite with a queen bed and private bathroom. The third and fourth bedrooms on both sides of the property have a queen-sized bed and share a jack-and-jill bathrooms.
Other amenities include a large poolside patio with furniture, a propane grill, 2 two-car garages, WiFi (wireless Internet), quick access to the beach, and linens and towels are provided. The owner requests no smoking inside and yes for small pets (upon approval along with a pet fee).
Guest Access:
You will enter both the East and West houses from the main street doors, once inside you will be able to open the garages from within the garage. The homes have door code locks for your convenience.
The Neighborhood:
Las Conchas is a 24/7 Patrolled Community. The community has a small convenience store near the main entrance, you can find beach access along the entire community along with the super easy access this house has crossing the road. The community is mainly made up of neighbors and its a very calm quit place to relax.
Getting Around:
The Malecon ( Old Port) is 11 km from the house. You can drive your vehicle or call a cab. ATVs and other off-road vehicles are allowed HOWEVER these are not allowed on the beach for any reason.
Interaction with Guests:
You will have complete privacy, but you can call us for anything you need.
