The Princesa E 202 is a beautifully decorated 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condominium with breathtaking views overlooking the Sea of Cortez. As soon as you enter the condominium you will feel the beach vibes! The condominium has cable and wifi. The living room has very comfy couches which one turns into a queen sofa bed.
The kitchen has everything you need to cook a good meal, no need to bring anything but food! Also if your not planning to cook on your vacation thats not a problem at all because this resort has a restaurant Collins Cantina on sight which by the way is Delicious.
Another great thing about this condominium is that right in front you have the pool bar!

Unit needs cleaning and extra bedding for sofa

Great location, but disappointed with the cleanliness of the unit. Chipped dishes no sheets or bedding for pullout.

Disappointments

Cable TV not working, multiple plumbing issues during stay although maintenance responded promptly, no Lock box/safe available for securing personal items. Entry code given did not work so had to resort to common code of month/year. This made it feel less secure. The condo was well appointed, no issues there. Condo above very noisy every night until 11:30 pm moving furniture around on tile flooring sounds like a stampede.

It’s was cute. Didn’t like you had to go off property to register. We’ve stayed at the princessa for over 20 years and haven’t had to do that.. communication could be better w host company. Over looking that small aspect it was a 9/10. This condo was beautiful!!

Another GREAT Princessa Condo!

Condo was nice and clean and ready for guests. FMI was easy to locate and the staff was very nice when we came in to pick up our keys. Great views and easy access to the pool, beach and the on-site restaurant Colins Cantina (which has amazing food and fun staff. We had everything that we needed and are looking forward to our next stay.

What Fun

We absolutely loved the condo. It was updated with nice furnishings and all new appliances. View was wonderful and we loved the swim up bar that has been added since our last trip in 2018. We would definitely want to stay in this condo on our next trip in a few months. Hopefully, if it sales the new owners will continue to rent it.
