Feel right at home in our spacious, newly completed end unit condominium. The complex is serene and quiet, allowing for your much needed comfort and relaxation. Come stay here to get away from it all, while enjoying all of the amenities you have at home. You can relax in the condo, enjoy the pools or rooftop patio with the best view of the Sea of Cortez in all of Las Conchas. The elevator conveniently takes you right to the 3rd floor and then it's just a quick walk to the northernmost unit. Since it's in the first, most forward facing building, this unit has one of the best views in the complex and it's very private. To the south, you get a glimpse of all of Las Conchas and to the north you have an clear view all the way to Whale Hill.

I'll let the pictures of the condo speak for themselves. Since this is a new unit, all of the furniture is brand new. So you get to be one of the first to enjoy our little piece of paradise. All we ask is that you treat it like it was your dear friend's place and respectfully enjoy it at your leisure.

The complex itself is primarily residential, with a few rental units. It is not a resort style project, so there are no resort fees or added costs. It is in the residential community of Las Conchas, home to primarily ex-pats who own a condo on the complex or a house in the two rows of homes across the main road. A lot of them live there full time, while some are seasonal. Depending on the season, there may be times where you'll have the beach all to yourself!
