Every room has a good ocean view, even the north building. If u want the best sunset views...do west side building. A little more mello than las palomas. Has an excellent bar and grille. A must stay.

Everything I expected..

Fantastic location. Spectacular views. Very clean. Had a few small issues with the property when we arrived. But contacted the property manager and he promptly sent maintenance up to resolve the issues. Would definitely book w/Castaways again..

Maintenance

We had a bad sink and faucet in kitchen. The faucet was very loose. No paper towels toilet paper was 1 roll. Tv was only in Spanish. It was clean.

this particular unit is not well maintained

We have complained to management about several deficiencies and they did not fix it. - there was no remote control for TV in living room - there were no cloth hangers in closets, so we needed to go and buy some - Kitchen appliances and utensils were so old and in really bad shape - Stove was not working - balcony screen door was not closing. we will never visit this unit

Funky Ocean View Rental

A perfect little getaway to Rocky Point and a great value. The pool was nice, the resort was as well . The condo was cute with an over the top beach/tropical colors design that a was a fun break from the norm the balcony has beautiful views of the Sea of Cortez. We would stay again. A few tips: - If your new to RP, if you plan cook, aside from pots, pans and utensils bring everything you will need like cooking oil, spices, etc. There is a little on-site store that is reasonable. - The pool bar is cash only. USD are fine. - Bring beach towels and insulted cups/thermos to maximize the beach/pool enjoyment. Buen viaje!
